Health and fitness has been a long term passion that has always been something to focus on whatever else is going on. I enjoy the feeling of discipline, achievement and feeling generally healthy. I know many struggle with things relating to health so I want to help guide people along their own path, whether that is to tone a little bit, gain strength, become a body builder or just to feel more in control of their health.
I've been strength training and practising martial arts for more than 10 years and have been a qualified PT for 8. During that time I have only worked with a handful of people due to other commitments, but over the last couple of years, I've realised how important staying healthy is, not only for myself, but what an impact getting and staying active can have on the way people feel.
Ultimately, through offering direct training support, I aim to help, educate and guide people toward achieving their goals and becoming self-sustaining, both in terms of maintaining a good level of health and fitness in the sort term, but also learning how to hold onto their strength and agility through the years.
Physique Unlocked isn't about creating champion body builders. It's about giving everyone the tools, support and confidence needed to unlock the physique that's right for them.
In order to help more people, support will largely be provided online. Through messages, video calls and personalised programs, you will have all the support needed to succeed. Someone to constantly push you, a gentle nudge or just some accountability. For those more local, in person training is available at your home, which is an excellent option for those with limited time or some apprehension about stepping into a crowded gym!
